Thanks! How snappy is Google Chrome? I have a Max 3 which I mainly use for academic reading. Sometimes I need to look up something on the internet, but Chrome is not snappy enough so I often switch back to my computer. A usable google search would be my main reason for upgrading.

Really like that it keeps the converted text on the same page! That way you could see when correcting any potential errors. If I recall correctly my Boox Nova Air C puts it on a new page so I couldn’t see to compare then again maybe there are settings I could fiddle with to make it do that. Also Think there might have been an update or two since then… I haven’t written with it for awhile more reading focused.

How does the tab X do with drawing apps from Google play? Like the ibispaint X? Is there a laggy experience when drawing. How are the latency on the pen on those apps?

Are any e-reader devices capable of functionally running 3rd party handwriting recognition apps like Nebo without significant input lag? Keeping my eye on Boox devices as I think they will be first to get to that level.

Pdf fuyl sized is the most important feature split view is not the most important issue if you could cover how do you put the PDF on the b o o x that would be helpful

I always thought the point of a reader like this was to provide a more distraction free and more focussed reading and productivity experience by stripping away app stores and other features that would be distracting. As an academic. I would love a 13.3 inch reading screen but don’t want the App Store. Can you uninstall it off this device because from what I understand you would have to specially enable it on a Note Air 2… it is not preinstalled. Thank you for such a comprehensive review.

Is the screen the exact same as the smaller Ultra Tab? Someone mentioned in a thread somewhere that it is less glossy and less reflective is that so?

Nice device, but not sure I'd call that "minimal staining". It's quite noticeable. I think on these larger devices, the staining is more noticeable because there is a lot more white space.

Does tab x works for a pianist? Does the pdf sheet music changes fast with a bluetooth pedal? Can we edit the pdfs so the sheets can be cropped in order to eliminate the blank space?
