For mid tier setups or average gaming laptops I recommend decent enb. You can tweak the settings to get better fps and combine it with darkernights and vivid weather to make the game look beautiful. I get around 90 fps in open areas but I get around 50-60 in the city (acer nitro 5 rtx 3050 16gb ram)

Tried to do the first step of downloading ENB version 480 but the link took me to a different page which was a brief description of ENB's and showed no download button. What do you recommend to try?
