This error is coming up for people who DO have cuda capable hardware. Simply switching to GL will get it to run but with no performance acceleration. This solution is WORTHLESS.

This is confusing because I have iris pro graphics on my i7 nuc. The nvidia lives in a separate enclosure. I assume I continue to use my monitor as is because the rtx4000 is a gpu????

so many problems with davinci resolve i was going to buy the full version but im too afraid and cant take the risk too many things wrong with resolve right now and the owners dont seem bothered enough to fix all the problems that everyone including myself is experiencing im just so glad i didnt purchase it
