its crazy how a villian that controls an entire nation basically. Is a really good father. he askes for her opinion instead of just talking over her and forcing her to do stuff. He allows her to do wrong.

He did raise her to become evil but he still cares alot for jinx not letting her die at any cost and giving up everything he fought for just for jinx. he did care just in his way.

Idk, this kind of "big bad guy who takes this random kid under his wing and ends up seeing them as their child" trope always gets me... But Jinx and Silco are something else.
The fact that he kept carinh, even as she was no longer a child and started causing trouble for his plans is something refreshing
