Whiteboard Interview Tip - Teamwork (Programmer Interviews)

The dreaded whiteboarding interview is one of the most intimidating for anyone interviewing as a programmer. After 15 years of professional programming experience, I have interviewed dozens if not 100's of candidates. I can tell you without a doubt that teamwork (as described) in this video is by far one of the most important aspects of doing well in an on-site interview.
