I just love the texture of her voice in these verses. Fragile and doomed, defiant and strong. The original version got me through some dark times during 2020. This is a very special song to me, thank you for this gift to my ears.

Iv been writing and recording for years, adore synths and the female voice. Why couldn't this be my song. Iv fallen in love with this version of Death Stranding, absolute simplicity yet it would rip your heart out. Me and my wife saw them in the Ulster Hall Belfast last year, I was memorized the entire show. Take my advise, when we get back to normal go see them.

This version of the song is amazing, really so beautiful that it hurts. I whish there was a video of this exact version with better sound. Watching Lauren and listening to her voice, it is magical.. Why add all the noisy drums and everything that has ruined the other versions of this beautiful song.
