Death stranding is a far better song than Forever. I love Forever, but Death Stranding is in another league. Absolutely stunning.

As an older person, I never thought I would have a pop band ever affect me like those from my teens. Depeche Mode, The Cure, New Order, and so forth have formed my musical soundtrack and Chvrches taps into exactly what the world, and me personally, needs. Openness, honesty, vulnerability, grit, and so much more. Screen Violence is one of the most pristine impactful albums I've heard in a long time and I'm so stoked they made it themselves. I hope they continue down that road. They really need no outside producers.

I'm a metal guy, particularly Melodic Death, Death Metal, Symphonic Metal and Black. But man I never knew a synth-pop band would hit me so hard on my soul and probably the only synth pop band that would make me inspired and motivated on this never ending daily challenges of life. I am really greatful I discovered you guys through Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding. Chvrches are amazing but damn, their acoustic stuff hits so much harder. It's weird because you can hear it's not MEANT to be acoustic, and that's what adds this deep yet ethereal feeling. So amazing. I think they should do a fully acoustic hits album.
