Logo and movement should be less rigid and stiff and more fluid, you could add smear frames, easing, squash and stretch, or use other techniques to make it smoother

Tip-: You can increase Fps to make more smooth it'll look more good...

I love it, and I have a couple of tips. Maybe make the period go a little faster and add a little quake when the shot hits the nike logo. These are just suggestions though, so don’t listen to them if you don’t want.
