Good comparison, but i have a few points about the "pro" version
1)The fact that you added the leaf, but kept it static frlt a bit odd.
2)Drops are spherical when falling down, I think it looks way more aesthetic wheb its spherical.
A tip for other people in the comments:
A thing i like to do when I'm watching any piece of animation is I pause at aesthetically pleasing frames, and i try to reimagine that in my own style.

Use Galileo Law of odd numbers for creating the distence between drops more realistic.

It’s called slow in slow out for #2 btw. If you plan to make animations, make sure you read up on the animation principles as they will help with timing and making your animations look more interesting and believable

water drops don't have a tail that thins, but are spherical with a flatter side on the bottom that gets more flat and wide as it nears terminal velocity.
