Please, how do you obtain the values of the different stress state values when the angles/cubes are rotated?

sir i had a small doubt in this topic. that is why we have to assume it as rotated to some angle teta. Is it depends on coordinate system or the type of forces which is acting on it(I mean the angle of attack of axial forces).

Will the stresses vary if the axis is inclined at theta to the load carrying surface?
I mean if the axis is not perpendicular to the sides of object, will there be any variation in stresses?
If so, how?

excellent sir could you explain the physical meaning of stresss equilibrium conditions .on one end of the stress state we take simply stress and on the other end of the plane we get stress in terms of first order taylors series then both stresses are not in equal magnitude then how do we say that they are in equilibrium, please explain constitutive relations i.e., stress strain relations
