If we’re going to take home gym workout suggestions from anyone, it better be from the best of the best. Enter Coop’s good friend and former CrossFit Games champ Jason Khalipa. Not only are Jason’s triceps beautiful enough to inspire a tsunami of jealousy, but his ability to create adaptable yet grueling workouts is second to none.

Jason programs some of the best home gym workouts for people short on time or with limited equipment. In this video, he shares his five favorite workouts (plus a bonus workout!). Whether you’re just looking for some home gym exercises to do or you want to pretend Jason Khalipa is working out beside you in your garage gym, we have you covered.

Workout 1:
10 EMOM
15 burpees every minute
*Goal is to work for 45-50 seconds

Workout 2:
“Ava”
AMRAP 20:53
400m run
21 ground to overhead (95/65)

Workout 3:
"Cardio Heaven"
50 plate ground to overhead (45/25)
1,000m row
800m run
50 cal bike
50 plate ground to overhead (45/25)

Workout 4:
"Death Row"
20 EMOM
Minute 1: 20/15 cal row
Minute 2: 15 burpees
*Goal is to work no more than 50s every minute

Workout 5
"Cowabunga"
5 Rounds, Every 3 min:
10 push press (95/65)
15 push-ups
20 box jump-overs (24/20)
*Goal is that you work 90s and get to rest 90s

Bonus Workout

Minute 1: 30 KB swings (24/16)

Man these are my all time favourite videos on you tube, best collaboration ever! GGR really needs to get MDV to come down and do the same for his NC💪🏽Flex program now that I’d also love to see! Jason and Coops are amazing. Jason is so positive, I was in my garage this morning I was just starting out feeling a little tired, trying to warm up effectively watching this just gets you motivated with enthusiasm for why I’m actually in here !

What capacity do winded snatches develop, other than the ability to do winded snatches? Seems like a snatch session, followed by a HIIT session would work as well, with less injury risk.

You should do a barbell 101. For people who want to work out do they need 28 28.5, 29, center knerling etc.
