10 EMOM
15 burpees every minute
*Goal is to work for 45-50 seconds

21 ground to overhead (95/65)

"Cardio Heaven"
50 plate ground to overhead (45/25)

800m run
50 cal bike
50 plate ground to overhead (45/25)

"Death Row"
20 EMOM
Minute 1: 20/15 cal row
Minute 2: 15 burpees
*Goal is to work no more than 50s every minute
