That color pallet add is so helpful, thank you so much!

I've been having trouble color grading dark skin (I keep turning myself into a greenish brown) 😅

but now I can see where in going wrong.

Thank you!

Right clicking on the correct one 🎬 So that's one of those little things that you can look for so long and not find in tutorials THX

Sorry man, but most of this is rubbish - right down to the "stealing" a color grade. How about learning the actual craft and recognizing that the look is only relevant if the underlying image is the same. The swatches is also a waste of time if they represent just the frame and not the look of the film. If one frame has a blue sky in it and then you create the palet - doesn't mean that a frame to match should have blue in it - if there is nothing blue in the frame.
A better way to analyse is to reverse engineer the look by normalizing it to a visual normal image. So the Dune one you would obviously be adding blue etc. to cool down the yellow until you get to a normal state. And if it then doesn't have enough contrast you add the contrast until the Dune look is gone and the frame looks normal. Then go to your footage ( after balancing and making look normal ) and reverse everything you just did to the Dune footage.
And in the process, you'll learn what it takes to come up with these looks in the first place.
