To anyone saying this means nothing for Dipper being trans, yes and no.
Bar any new supplemental materials or official confirmation, there isn't enough canonically to call Dipper trans, and his actions could well belong to a cis person as well.
On the other hand, trans people are incredibly underrepresented in media, let alone in a positive light, and since these characters are strictly fictional, let us have our fun. A cis person can relate to a trans person's experiences, and a trans person can relate to a cis person's experiences.
