Nineteen-year-old Kylian Mbappe became the second teenager in history to score in a World Cup Final, following in the footsteps of Pele who did so as a 17-year-old in 1958. Goals and performances from midfielder Paul Pogba and forward Antoine Griezmann also proved vital in helping Les Bleus become world champions once more.

I am Brazilian and I live in the USA. During the Mexico x Germany game I was traveling through Arizona, and stopped by a Mexican restaurant to watch the game, wearing my brazil jersey, it was the only thing I had on. Those Mexicans jumped and screamed like it was their independence...it was beautiful, and I cheered with them haha. They accepted me, we gave high fives, what an experience. After the game I left and our car got stuck with a flat tire in the desert. I got out and as I was changing it, a car full of Mexico fans still cheering drove by. They stopped, remembered me that I was in the bar with them, and pulled over to help me change my tire. We still cheered, sang songs, got the spare tire on, we shared beers, said "viva Mexico", they told me they would be cheering for Brasil, and went our separate ways. Now tell me...what other sport on the planet does this to people??? Not basketball, not baseball, not cricket, not American rugby. Only Football, best sport in the world.

They really showed the French team in the most underwhelming way here whereas they were the funniest and most energetic of the world cup. Most people misread their attitude but they did come to win no matter what and they're always slow starters anyway, but then their teamwork was outstanding. That bunch of crazy youngsters came as one saying they wanted to play against the best in the world and win. And the Croatian team was absolutely outstanding, what an amazing worldcup !

I'm going to tell my grandchildren about the time I traveled to Moscow with my best mates, witnessed Mexico beat Germany, stayed up all night exploring Moscow streets and saw C.Ronaldo score in a worldcup! Amazing feeling to have been there, yes arguably one of the best world cups.

The event were like a dream, still recalls the memories by looking at old photos, videos, Souvenirs and of course talking with fellow friends ..

2022 will not be the same, stadiums are ready, infrastructure is Changing like never before here in Qatar ... Covid confuses every time looking at all this setups Hoping for the best....
