So do you just sweep the grease into the reservoir and let it the dripping drop into the built in drip tray below or did you put something below the drip hole on the griddle to catch the drippings?

Question. We have the genesis 2 e310 model from 2015, great grill, would love it if they had a full size griddle insert as we also have a pit boss pellet smoker grill. Would 2 of these griddles fit at the same time?
