Brock put Goldberg over and earned one of the easiest paychecks in his career

It was a win/win for him

"At the end of the day you just want your family to be proud"

So true Goldberg. So true.

I was in the Denver crowd that night for Goldberg's return. Never forget it.

The clip talking about the match, is longer than the match itself. 😂

That's really cool to find out that it was Brock's idea. It drove a really cool fun feud that spanned a few months. Made Goldberg feel like a boss and Beastslayer unlike anyone else that ever faced Brock and added that suspense to the feud.

That was a smart match, great set up for their later interactions

There's nobody like Goldberg.. nobody can just walk in the ring, jackknife and spear somebody and walk out with the belt.. and keep it.. truly somebody special.

Genius idea to have Goldberg do a "Goldberg" against Brock Lesnar.

Goldberg finally seems older, even slimmed down

For all the success Goldberg has had he seems like a really genuinely down to earth humble guy. He was always one of my favourites as a kid when he was in WCW and its nice to see that he is fit, healthy and happy.

Brock probably thought: _I was given the opportunity to be remembered as the guy who broke The Undertaker's wrestlemania streak. Let me pay forward a remarkable feat to someone else_

I think this last run really put the business in the spotlight (and gave a different perspective) to Goldberg. I know he's grateful his family was there to witness the run, but I'm more happy that he came back and put some finishing touches on the Goldberg legacy. Was it perfect? No. Was it what Goldberg needed personally as well as professionally? Absolutely.

Brock is a beast for sure. I hope I see him again. It sucks that he left, and now I find that Bobby is gone too. I need those two back ASAP!

I don’t care what anyone says Goldberg will always be one of my all-time favorites was one of the first guys that didn’t have bad ass and by far his best at least in his whole entire WWE runs was the stuff with Brock Lesnar

That squash match with Lesnar was the best bit of business WWE ever did with Goldberg and their follow up at Mania was an amazing fast paced car crash. Just a shame it cost Jericho and Owens their big spot for the Universal Championship.

The pay check is the most matters...
Both Goldberg and Lesnar got paid in full amount in seconds ....
It's Made both side smile back stage
