In case if you are not able to access your iCloud or your Apple ID then let us see what to do. For example if I go to settings you can see I cannot tap this option at the top. So if I cannot open this option then I cannot access my iCloud or my Apple ID. So what I will do is I will go to this option screen time. Go down and select this option content and privacy restrictions. Scroll down and if you see there is an option here Account changes which is set to Don't Allow. So I will open it. I need to enter the screen time passcode and I have to select this option Allow. Now if I go to settings option this time you can see I can open this option and I can access my iCloud or I can see this Apple ID feature.
