To the many who find these RP recommendations odd, understand that RP looks at the body as a whole, there are no respective systems, it a whole full body with cells and cells playing a huge symphony - so let's energise those cells and heal the whole thing. How? start with the food we feed the cells and our outlook to the world.
As highlighted, some foods don't make it to the cells, and cause a whole lot of distress (and money).

Ray peat have changed my life forever. I am so happy I found him I am forever. Even though I have gained a bunch of weight, trying to reverse years of keto in Carnivore I am healthier I am forever grateful to him.

This is basically a performance athlete diet. Calories still matter, if you over eat on this diet it will be very easy to get fat.
