This is an unlawful act of injustice. Law enforcement officers need to be mandated to the procedural protocol of collecting critical evidence such as gunpowder residue and DNA samples from under the victim's fingernails when someone's death is "said" to be suicide by firearm. Policy needs made to ensure proper handling of evidence, including collecting fingernail clippings and storing them in an envelope with the firearm as part of the evidence. Stop writing deaths of wrongly and negligently failing to collect essential evidence. Dirty police work, why you may ask?

Not sure he should take the full load of blame. If he wasnt doing his job then his boss and the regulator should have picked up on it. So they all need to go and end the contract with the uni. Its simple. The uni is not achieving the contract aims so give it to someone else who can!
