A mother came forward and her daughter couldn't have a open casket and couldn't see her daughter because of the way she was held and probably wasn't in the fridge

"It's up to the computer so they don't have the bodies separated according to gender, nationalities, tattoos, no tattoos? If the mother gave both names, and a description of the tattoos, could no one literally get up from behind the desk and take a gander to see if there is a match? Just crazy.
