2tbsp white sugar 25g
1tsp active dry yeast 3g
2cups bread flour 300g
1/2tsp salt 3g
2tbsp unsalted butter 30g
1 large egg 62g(without shell)
Green onion 30g
Egg 1
Unsalted butter 15g(1tbsp)
Salt 1.5g(1/4tsp)
Bake for 15 minutes at 375°F/190°C
1cup=250ml 1tbsp=15ml 1tsp=5ml
