This is so beautiful, my children were taken during my struggles and given to a beautiful family where they were never separated or bounced around, they were adopted and they were always loved and still are, I am sober today and have rebuilt my relationships with them and now we have double the family we did before ❤️ God bless you and your family. My parents did foster care for a few years (2011-2015) and there was good times and hard times just like any home. It was tough being put aside because this was all new to us at the time and I couldn't go to places a lot just like any other person. The first two foster kids I think of it were alright. But, I really liked the third foster child my parents brought into the home as he was like a little brother to me that they were going to adopt him until my mom and older sister were involved in a car accident in 2014. Little did we know we had to give him up to different foster homes due to my mom's condition and also she couldn't handle taking care of other children anymore.. except for me. But in 2018/2019 (I think) he got adopted and we were all so happy! Sometimes we have to let people go in order for them to live a life they wish they had.
By the way.. I'm not adopted (in case If anyone asks)

I know the feeling, I was a Foster parent for almost 15 yes it's one of the most rewarding an heartbreaking jobs you can do, you try not to get to close to the kids yeah but good luck with that, when you find out the abuse thes children go through, how could an adult put a sweet loving child through what they do, we took in a lil baby boy when he was 6 days old, picked him up at the hospital never planned on adopting a child, just wanted to help as many as we could, but we fell in love with the lil man, adopted him he's now 13 yrs old an live him just as much as on biological children, a child can do something to your heart that you can't ignore

Girlie looked at the bf and knew in her little head there would be a greater connection. Kids feel that stuff, they can have great intuition sometimes. Really glad these two adopted the little darling, she seems so happy
