Summary:
Sirt and filter on top right --> sort.

Shortcut for sort:
ALT+A+T

Text filters: equals, does not equals, begins with, ends with, contains, does not contains etc. Also multiple selection can be done using and /or option present near entry column of filter value.


Number filters--> select onle among many filters like greater than, equal to, top 10, above average etc.


Sort
Goto Data on toolbar --> Sort--> AtoZ or Zto A--> expand selection if applicable.

Sort can also be done to numbers by simply selecting the options in filter.
