Knee Tuck Crunches is a great ABS exercise, working mainly your rectus abdominus muscle that is responsible for the infamous six pack. This challenge requires significant muscle effort so be careful and allow the muscle to rest properly.

This is way more challenging than the bicycle exercise with this tutorial. I liked to died at 20 so every 20 I had to stop so I made it thru thank God and I know when I feel pain that means I'm working the muscles correctly. This exercise I'm definitely working in my exercise routine.

One of the most hardest exercise i have ever did.
But one of the most effective also!

M doing this excercise since I hve seen this video of urs and it's been 7days and can really feel my belly fat has reduced more than expected...now i can wear my favourite outfits...i do 40/50 crunches...tq

I don't like this one it challenges me and I don't like it. But I love the bicycle crunches challenge I do those 50 times 6 which gives three hundred a day. I do see results after a week

I do this daily three sets of twenty reps. Thought it would not be so hard to go fifty at once but damn my legs hurt. Yeah, not my abs but my legs hurt😂

Anyways, I'm done with this video as well.

I could only do it by pausing for 2 to 3 seconds after 10.
