Got diagnosed 3 months ago, treated with Leflunomide for 2 months and no improvement. Finally decided to start Infliximab and felt better almost instantly. What would happen if I don’t continue the treatment?

Yes Dr Gurnita,
This is useful and informative advice. Emphasises the importance of a holistic approach when thinking about this condition. It is nice to get informed from a rheumatology professional, as so many questionable videos out there, of people claiming to have cured their condition.

I see people doing chiropractic treatment. I always thought these treatments INCREASE the inflammation cascade.

If you don’t want to take NSAID’s, I recommend a vitamin based alternative called Atribion. You can mainly find it in Korean markets or Hispanic markets like Mega Mart. It’s pure vitamin and I used to take that before I knew what HUMIRA or even what this disease was and I felt normal for awhile. Works better than NSAIDS in my opinion, and again, pure vitamins.
