I followed the advice you gave me a few weeks ago. I was so scared afterwards, 😂 Our head nurse called me into her office and wanted to know my story. She was so sweet to me and Said she was sorry, about my harrasment. The next day the (drama llama) was called in for a disciplinary hearing. She is now on probation and our team got help from a stress coach, so we can see the signs early on and help each other. Thank you for your channel! Hugs, Caren.

Nice in theory but the bullies usually have a monopoly on the workplace, so everyone else (even long term staff) are afraid of them, and will not stand up for anyone else in case they get targeted too.

this profession is toxic and as a new graduate of 5 months who is experiencing bullying from managers, charge nurses and senior nurses I would recommend young people to avoid this profession like the plague and especially avoid it if you are a male.

It’s body language mostly where I worked. Also, there prettier the nurse, the worse the bullying in my opinion. That’s why I went the dietetics route. I also went to a work party and it was gossip and put downs for the nurses that couldn’t show up for the party. Gross disgusting. It’s worse at military hospitals where I worked too. How can people be so cruel to one another. So sad. Karma is all I can say.

The crux of bullying comes victim hood. Bullies need ppl to feed it and so does victims. Love yourself with empowerment to break your own victim messaging cycles. Get help, learn tools and save yourself. Let the bully see how strong you are in midst of those cowardly passive friends and coworkers of yours who watch and gossip. They are not worth it but You Do!
