I found BivaApp in my programs its date is 14/07/2024 . I hv deleted it.

Step 1 boot in safe mood
Step 2 my pc- cdrive - users/selecr username / app data roaming sort by date then delete
Step 3 temp files delete
Step 4 step back to normal mode
Step 5 flush malrware DNS CACHE

Still i see biva app in my programs
Need to uninstall from control panel after or before performing above steps ??

Actually i was downloading some other software mistakenly landed to someother one my pc got hacked and all social media accounts hv suspicious activities. How can i erased data in hacker side any possibilities pls suggest
