TF2 - Gas Passer thrown through objects and walls

Steps for reproducing the issue:

1. Have Gas Passer equipped for Pyro, with a full Gas meter.
2. "Hug" and face an object or a wall and press primary fire.
3. The thrown Gas Passer phases through the object or wall.

If the thrown Gas Passer does not phase through the object or wall, something is in its way, perhaps extra map objects or props are obstructing the thrown Gas Passer's trajectory.
