The setInterval delay value is not precise enough to be used to measure time, and cannot be timed correctly.
You can see the difference when you move the watch at the same time as the real watch, but after several minutes, you can see the difference.
Also, if you minimize the browser while it's running, you'll get a big enough lag that you can say it's almost stopped while it's minimized.
