Ingredients
1 kilo pork mince
50g bread crumbs
2 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp sage
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp fennel
1 tsp black pepper

Boil eggs
Make sausage meat
Cover eggs
Dip in seasoned flour
Egg wash
Bread crumbs
Fry

I had read about Scotch Eggs in my Fanny Farmer cookbook(1980 copyright). Your demonstration makes the written instructions to make sense. Thank you!

They’d look really pretty cut in half and placed on a fancy plate for our annual family Christmas get-together(there are 18 of us when we are all together)

Finally got around to making these and they were amazing - did them in Air Fryer oven. The sausage meat is phenomenal - I had my doubts about the cumin, fennel etc but the finished article is complex and an amazing flavour. Cheers.
