I love the "do not use these answers" sections of the video. Continue to use this format in future uploads. In addition to why the the question is important to the person conducting the interview.

I guess the second option is a really good answer.. It actually highlights all the positives about oneself and how that can benefit the company.. In the third option.. The blank canvas part.. It may backfire and the interviewer can ask "but why should it be our part to train you from scratch and spend time and effort while we can have someone who's experienced and spend minimum amount of time to train them or he can train himself and start giving us the desired result early on?"
