51th way: decorate your room. Avoid black as much as possible. It makes my day much better coming in to a colorful room. Trust me

I work with a lot of cancer patients and when they become emotional or fearful, I allow myself to emotionally connect with them. So your advice about grieving when others grieve really hit home for me ❤️

Almond milk actually has so little almonds in it but dairy is filled with hormones like estrogen and stress hormones so it’s definitely not better ❤

Totally agree, except for no. 2. Felt exactly the other way around. My skin and also my menstrual cycle have never been better after I ditched cow's milk and everything produced from it.

Took your advice to walk barefoot:) 1st attempt was a pleasant surprise that the grass was warmer than the floor in my home. Second attempt was a funny one, I was walking under our monkey tree, smelling the flowers and enjoying their delicate beauty with my two year old on my hip and a cup of coffee in the other hand :) this walk ended with tree sap on my foot 😂 blessings to you and yours❤

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my YouTube channel 2 months ago about self development. Now I have 139 subs and almost 75 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

I love this video!!! Your ideas to simplify in so many ways and remember I’m not a burden when I reach out to someone really spoke to me today. Not sure I can get by with just one spatula though. 😬 I cook for my family of 8 and various friends every day and the spatula struggle is real!! 😂 Have a wonderful weekend!

I do agree with a majority of the things you've mentioned. My only caveat would be the not having the phone in the bedroom and the almond milk. Because every single person is different t hos also means that what they allow to enter their body will affect them differently as well. So what may be a negative for one person could be a positive for another.
Also, not having a phone in the bedroom isn't a safe choice just because of something were to happen as far as a burglary or attempted break-in, ou would have to leave your room just to call 911. Just because the phone's in your room doesn't mean you have to look at it.

Tried almond milk for a while because I knew whey made me break out really bad, but it just doesn’t taste good and I found out less processed whole milk is not as bad for your skin. I switched to whole milk and it’s been great, but if you can’t do dairy oat milk is tastier and healthier than almond imo.

I love the pencil in the mouth trick! My clients sometimes practice smiling first thing in the morning, and they started calling it "smile therapy" because it's so effective! :)

I liked you and your video for the most parts but to say that almond milk is bad for hormones etc. based on a blog post is such an unresearched statement! It's also a false one. You might be almond intolerant but this definitely is not the case for most people. You might not like the taste of it.. that’s ok but just don’t make up stories. You have huge platform, you don’t need stupid shocking false news to be interesting. Please, do your own research before stating anything. In case you don’t find enough info (which I doubt) you can always ask couple of specialists. Hope you read this and stop this misinformation. Thanks in advance and take care!

Yikes. Don't drink raw milk. Drink oat milk. Of course milk makes you feel better. It's one of the most healthiest amazing things we'll ever consume but it's only meant for us between ages 0-5. I mean, it's up to you, just know you're stealing milk from a baby animal for no particular reason.
