Started listening to his music when I was 6 years old in 1967....59 now in 2021 and love them even more.

I grew up watching Herb Albert on TV and loved the few times l have heard him play. Then l stumbled across Brazil 66 on line and fell in love their music and especially Lani Hall. Absolute artists! Fell in love with SM Brasil ‘66 music when i was a teenager; Lani’s soft, gentle, cool voice & that beat totally captivated me. Still dancing to it decades on. Grateful to have this amazing band’s sound “berimbau’ing” in my life. Godsend.

How's this? I saw the Tijuana Brass and Brasil '66 at the Hollywood Bowl in the summer of 1966! I was at a music summer camp in Carlsbad, CA. It was our big field trip. Life changing for a 13 year old!
