I think it's Nephew so let me explain
A is brother of B and B is sister of C, so they are all siblings. Now C is a father and the child is D. Since A is the brother of C (father) therefore becoming uncle to D. So, since D's gender isn't mentioned I am assuming it's Nephew since it would come under the category of sibling's child.
