the best kick is where you repeatedly kick off the the ground in the opposite direction.

In last year, I went to try karate class for the first time, the coach told me that the front kick is the fastest 💨💨

Honestly, I do taekwondo and I think it’s backside kick

Front kick is very useful, can work a lot of feints off it, and is great for keeping back agressive opponents and make them think twice before rushing in

I personally think it's the roundhouse it delivers impact to the ribs which is a weak point. Also low kick because if you get kicked in the tibia, thigh then you would be limping

For me low kick is the best because you don't need to kick high or be flexible to do low kick, it has great damage and it could give you openings for an attack if you kick hard

I do agree with you. Btw my favorite kick is a cyclone kick

I've trained in taekwondo and MMA and i have used this kick for years. Its very effective for multiple situations and easy to use as a feint to throw another kick.

I used to do karate we started sparring at yellow belt (3rd belt) but none of us tried to use kicked until we were orange belts (4th belt we were like 10 we had no creativity) I did a front kick in a spar and the other guy had to sit the session out I got him in that awkward spot in between your stomach and chest. I was told not to use front kick in sparring again they never told us the rules of sparring in our dojo they taught us the basics and kinda helped us learn how to use more moves but mostly left it up to us. Front kick and a knee kick were the only ones not allowed

Jump, spinning back kick is very effective for someone coming in with a straight right or left hand

For me it's leg sweep because that's make fall your openen down and you can easily counter a roundhouse
. But also front kick work I use it a lot in my fights

In my opinion the front kick is very good but doesnt do that much damage (which could be better in some cases).

The roundhouse kick is powerful but slow and if the enemy reacts to it it leaves you wide open.

I think the best kick is the low kick. It travels the shortest distance (fastest), doesnt leave permanent damage but if it hits you you wont be able to stand on that leg for a while, doesnt need flexibility and its easy to do.

I would say it's the roundhouse kick, purely because of the many "targets" it has. Head. Body. Legs.
It's also very easy to learn.
Only downside: might catch an elbow

I like the front kick a lot, it has a lot of force and it’s very fast, one of the fastest kicks, if not the fastest kick. But I think I’m more used to the side kick, I feel like it can be very effective in certain situations but I agree with you still with the front kick

good point but you want to effectively protect yourself so i would say stomp kick to the knees or thighs.effective from the clinch as well

Head kick can be most effective when it hits or the crane most effective to nick off balance faster with the push kick as well

muay thai leg kicks are most useful cause no untrqined fighter can block them and you can make your opponent not be able to walk with one or 2 kicks and theyre fast, poweful and your not risking getting arrested for attempted murder after u give someone braindamage
