What if you live in South Florida? It's hot everyday. Literally can't get it cool before putting it in a cooler. Would you recommend dry ice?

How are you supposed to cool your meat before you put it in a cooler and pack it with ice if you are in the sticks .. perhaps he’s talking about someone who has a walk in cooler ..
