Dave Husman presented on one or two move waybills, as opposed to the four cycle waybills many people are familiar with. He gave an overview of CC&WB, his prototype, how he got to his CC&WB format, and what is blocking. He also covered the different types of waybills he uses, and how they are applied as he restages the layout.

Thank you Dave. Youre presentation is really great. Its a real inspiration for our model railroading here. Greetings from Walter from Germany.

Love the generic overhead waybill. really smart idea. saves time and effort. and we know nobody but the owner reads the waybill.

@ 1:01:04... that "code" is called a circ-7... that's the U.P. name for station code

A very enjoyable program, Dave. I was surprised how much it is like my own CC/WB program using the one and 2 sided waybills. It is modeled after the "Operations Road Show" CC/WB program, which members of the ORS helped my crew setup on the Nashville. I have found that I have so much more control of the railroad, its traffic, and traffic flow with CC/WB as compared to a computer based operations program like ProTrak, which I used for a number of years. I would never go back to a computer based program now. Thanks, Andy K

@ 54:05... this has always confused me with model railroaders... when modelers use paperwork that is used for switching industries, they use the term "switch list" but in reality, what they really mean is *work order*... when i hear switch list, i think of a list of cars that are on a track that a switch crew would use to block a train
