Hi! I’ve been using this for a month consistently and I just wanted to say thank you for helping me! I had tinnitus from listening to music too loud and my AirPods and I was terrified it would be permanently ringing in my ears, but after a month consistently of listening overnight in my subliminal playlist and sometimes during the day, my tinnitus is pretty much gone and I hear complete silence, even when I don’t consistently listen, my ears are a lot healthier now.
