This is the problem with multicultural societies !!! When Canada was a European homogenous society, it was easy to make decisions about social programs. With so many ethnic groups today jostling to make desicion for what works according to their social and cultural values, the Canadian European population, suffers from the breakdown of social cohesion.
Canada's government is also financially bankrupt. Our government is borrowing money at compounding interest, to virtue signal about our failing social engineering, multicultural nightmare.
