Hey Joe, how about making a video with some extremly big and strong guys, like bodybuilders or strongmen and see how do they perform when drawing heavy weight long bows?
There are many YouTube channels where they make this kind of tests, but none yet about bows.
Coming to mind right now would be for example Jujimufu (he's nice and does that kind of video with many European athletes) or maybe Haddy Hall (British as well).

The amount of energy Joe expends drawing that 200 lbf longbow is equivalent to the muzzle energy of a .380 ACP pistol round. And even the lighter-drawing 160 lbf bow requires a draw energy about equivalent to a .32 ACP pistol round. These bows are serious performers, especially in the hands of Joe Gibbs.
