Not only do you promote the house, but based on my personal experience, you also make us dream about living in it through all the tours you provide. Kudos to you and your team for creating such a wonderful experience!

YouTubers with as many millions of subscribers as Enes's channel would no longer reply to comments, but Enes is a class act by engaging with his viewers in the comments section. That's someone who really cares.

Enes, I grew up in San Diego and as you were describing the smell of the ocean, i could smell it. It is something that is hard to forget!
Thank you for showing this beautiful home.

You can tell by the amount of detailing, small and large, that this home was planned and engineered with love and devotion for beautiful craftsmanship. To create a home such as this takes immense creativity and patience, which is clearly evident if you look past all of the lavish furnishings. Thank you Enes and the team for guiding us through this home through your eyes. I've been watching this channel for a couple years as you've continued to grow and expand your horizons over time. The effort your team and yourself put into these videos never cease to amaze us all through their quality and quantity. Thank you everyone for taking us along your journeys around the world and we look forward to what lies ahead!

The current owner bought this house in 2009 for 18, 150, 000 and the owner before that bought it for 8, 000, 000 in 2001. Granted the current owner bought the second plot also next to the original so another 10 million max and built what we have today for another 20-25 million max. That totals around 48-53 million which is IMO the max possible value it will sell for. It will likely go for 35-40 million or less in the next 2-3 years based on the surrounding home values or be taken off the market. It's surrounded by 6-12 million dollar homes, but those are all much smaller 2-3K sqft homes. The home directly next to it sold for 8 million in 2009 (3 bedroom, 5 bath, 2, 653 sqft home)

For a better comparison we have the second most expensive house currently for sale in La Jolla for 35 million on the beach at 6308 Camino De La Costa, La Jolla, CA 92037 (9 bd, 10 ba, 10, 260 sqft) Even 45+ million is going to be a hard sale IMO due to the other options available in La Jolla.

Only you guys could do this property justice! I’m only 20 minutes through and love your production quality, right down to how Enes moves throughout the tour. Well done folks!

the way my brother invites you into the home, the way he notices and speaks about the tiniest details that are actually important and remarkable, I legitimately have not been able to ever watch any real estate content in the past, and definitely after finding bro, it's so difficult for me to watch anyone else's content. Such good work, such impeccable quality! thank you

Time passes and people's tastes change. there are a lot of negative reviews about the interior of this house, but I think that modern houses, which everyone loves so much now, merge with each other like sand on the private beach of this house, and this masterpiece, like a pearl on this sand, is always appreciated more. Thanks Enes

this literally looks like an old castle that was filled with royalty centuries ago forgotten and frozen in time in another country that you can see explored by people today on youtube. absolutely amazing.

Interesting some of the comments. I have lived through the years of homes that were full and colorful (panel walls and green carpet) and then today where minimalist white that look like hospital rooms are the going thing. My grandfather was the builder of Steve McQueen's home and the Kissinger home in Palm Springs and it looks like they have left Steve's Home with what was the decorations of the day as there are photos today on the web. I have the original plans and pictures. What is interesting is that the Kissinger home at 521 West Via Lola was to me minimalist back in 1960 or so and we have went the whole way around and are now back to this again. I love this home and the quality. These type of homes and the furnishings are like a fine yacht. Everything was built or designed for it. I am also a RE here in Florida and have seen some pretty high end homes but nothing to this level. Very beautiful home and thanks for the video.

A big negative is that the house is right on the street - no private driveway - especially for a $100 million house. And that's why you need 30 ft high hedges, so the neighbors across the street can't see in, as is obvious from the drone view at 30:50. Also from this view you can see the building goes right to the edge of the property - there is no side setback (except for that "tea garden" which is basically just a walkway), and other than the motor court, no front yard, and no back yard either except for those terraces leading down to the shore. The design and furnishings would likely appear to someone from the Middle East - but security would be an issue for them especially because of relatively easy access to the house from all four sides. That being said, as someone not concerned with security myself, I'd live there.
