I would rather have the Casa Encantada estate overlooking the Bel Air Country Club... beautifully landscaped gardens and totally private. Once owned by Conrad Hilton while married to Zsa Zsa Gabor! 🤔

As for me currently... residing in my Nissan Versa... lost my apartment of over 11 years due to major remodeling project, and searching for another "affordable" studio apartment?

But have to say, I'm grateful and thankful that I have my car. It has made me stronger, more self-reliant, and proves you only NEED the bare necessities to survive!

The owner bought the land in the late 2000s for $35million. Based on that, I wouldn’t be so sure that the house is worth $200million because you can clearly tell only like 60% of the 10.7 acre hill is flat and usable. Unless the house is really special, I think the Warner estate will keep its crown

these houses sit on market for decades and after 30 years on the market you get that 200 million but you spent 199.999.999 dollars maintaining it ….they should split the plot into 1 acre plots at 20 million a pot and they would sell like hot pancakes in 2 years max
