The scariest part is that Wadlow hadn't stop growing before his death

I've heard about this man before, and the reason he was so tall was since he had a tumor in his brain that caused him not to stop growing, he wasn't allowed in college purely because he couldn't fit inside, it's pretty sad really

I said this in a reply but the main reason why Wadlow died so young is because the human body isn't suited for such a crazy height. His heart would've needed to work extra hard to get blood to every part of the body, especially the head where the brain is
Theres also the square-cube law stating that while strength increases with area, weight increases with volume. Meaning Wadlow's bones would've had to support more weight proportional to his height than the average person

Edit: Yes I'm aware he actually died due to a leg infection. Braces he had on his legs were poorly-fitted once and caused a septic blister which lead to his death
Though, you can say it was indirectly caused by his height. The braces were there to assist his legs in holding himself up, and by then he had little feeling in them
It was an unfortunately young death and I do think he would've lived past that if only the infection never happened, but I highly doubt he would've lived an average lifespan

Robert Wadlow actually died where I was born/where I live. In that town there's also a entire shoe store that is based of him. They have one of his shoes in there, plus one the floor they have a replica of his foot size so you can compare yours to his
