You should do a push-up challenge and increase the repetition by one until you reach failure.

As my mom and I get older, I'm trying to remind myself to take those photos, give a hug, and share those memories with her before it's too late.

There is absolutely nothing else that compares to the joys of having kids...and it gets better as they grow. Nothing else has brought me such reward that I have done in my life.
