here's the specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700X
GPU: AMD Radeon Rx 5700
space: 2TB idk other stuff
OS: Windows 10
would you rate this as a good, decent or bad pc

its fucked they dont just tell you that it physically changes the refresh rate of your monitor for you. lol.

Avoid at all costs. They dont stand behind their product. In fact, even if you claim fault for an issue and are willing to pay there is nothing they can do. They wont tell you what parts to order in order to have a 3rd party fix it. They just take your money and run. Quite honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. My laptop is less than 2 weeks old and currently a $1500 paper weight. The worst part was contacting them initially telling them the issue was my fault and the CS person saying since it's so new they will warranty fix it. Then not hearing an answer back and calling to confirm the status and hearing they voided my warranty the day I called and I'm SOL. I live close enough that I will be going in to give them a peice of my mind and reporting them to the BBB.
