I remember Susan Collins in an interview that she knew he did something wrong, but believed he had learnt. Listening to this Speech i hear absolutely NO remorse. They left him of the hook after the Mueller-report clearly showed that he had to know about the contact between his campaign and russian officials. Then he Calls Ukraine the day after the Mueller hearing...
