I love that Elon Musk, or anyone else that says, that Kamala Harris is now the "DEI candidate". A whole lot of us, including plenty of conservative people, love the idea that we have evolved enough as a nation to know that, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are exactly what America is supposed to be about. What you folks fail to mention is how the AMERICAN PEOPLE felt with Biden at the top of the ticket; we felt disempowered, watching a train wreck about to happen, with little that we could do about it, knowing full well the consequences of a second Trump presidency. I wrote to both my Senators and Congress people, stating that I thought that Biden should step aside for the good of the country. I said that I would like to see Kamala as the nominee, and offered a couple options for VP. All of the folks that I contacted sent a response saying that due to "some rule", they couldn't involve themselves in the campaign. FIne... but they got my message; I'm sure that I'm not the only one that voiced my concerns to our elected officials. I am very pleased with Kamala on top of the ticket, and I have nothing but great respect and thanks for Joe Biden.
