I have a friend who just suffered a Warneke Stroke a month ago. He is not tracking with his eyes, except by moving his whole head. I would love to know how to promote re-connection of the neurons to help communicate to the pons. Pardon if I stated that incorrectly. I am a retired music teacher and am here to help him stimulate to heal. His stroke team seems non-existent. Should he be seen by a neuro-ophthalmologist at this point? If so, how to I get his partner to push it through his GP. His verbal responses are 10 percent correctly worded. The rest are a few words over and over but clear and not slurred.

Dr Lee, for testing VOR, is head impulse test better than Doll's head maneuver? If the head is moved slowly in Doll's head, could that lead to a false negative result?

Is it possible to define focal seizures that would cause Saccade-Pursuit dissociation?

Can you please do a series of videos on brain tumors. As a neurologist, important clues I may look for in the eyes?
