You’ll never look at popcorn the same way again.
Most people think of popcorn as just a light movie-time snack — but when eaten the right way and at the right time, it becomes a powerhouse for your health… especially before bed.

In this video, I reveal the surprising truth about what popcorn can do for your brain, mood, sleep, digestion, and even blood sugar levels. You’ll learn how this humble whole grain is packed with tryptophan, an amino acid that your body converts into serotonin — your feel-good, calming neurotransmitter that helps you relax and fall asleep faster.
Popcorn is also loaded with fiber, which plays a huge role in keeping your digestive system moving, fighting constipation, reducing bloating, and even lowering bad cholesterol levels. But that’s not all — it also helps slow down the absorption of sugar, which can be a big win for those dealing with insulin resistance or prediabetes.
Make sure you’re not sabotaging the benefits by adding unhealthy oils, butter, or loads of salt. In this video, I’ll also show you how to make it healthy, what to avoid, and why popcorn deserves a spot in your nightly routine.

I was 40 lbs overweight when I left for college in 1971. My roommate & I made two batches of popcorn every night & added a couple of pats of butter from the dorm cafeteria. It drew girls from all the way down the hall! I lost all 40 lbs & my main dietary change was adding popcorn at night! Somewhere along the way popcorn got a bad name. Guess what? I gained back 22 of those pounds & can’t “shake“ them! I think I’ll try popcorn again! Thank you for reminding me why I ate popcorn in the first place 54 years ago‼️

I grew up eating popcorn for a snack. We never ate potato chips or any other snacks. We were not overweight either. I’m going back to that! Thank you for the reminder. ❤

Thank God it is good news for a change. I almost didn’t watch because almost everything we eat is now considered toxic and I wasn’t ready to completely give up popcorn.

I popped some on the stove last night in coconut oil, then a generous lashing of melted butter and nutritional yeast. Delicious. Tastes kinda like white cheddar Smartpop. Every time I think about losing weight I think about popcorn. Oh, and I slept better than usual too.
