Thank you Finex. Please could you help with a video that would help let colleagues edit a file with a link shared with them.

I'd love to send a link to my colleagues which they can put their information. E.g date of birth with the link without having to download the file.

better to send the file to your own email and just copy the link of attachment and paste it in URL box
